Over the past decade, serums have become somewhat iconic, and for good reason.

Serums are impressive products when it comes to intense skin nutrition. A little goes a long way and they are easily worked into existing skincare routines.  With a variety of serums to tackle different skin needs, these little bottles of goodness are hard to live without.

All of our Litchi & Titch serums are 100% plant, seed and flower oil-based.  Each ingredient has been meticulously chosen for its unique benefit/s and nutrient structure.  No fillers, no chemicals, no substitutes and no toxic alternatives.

In addition to these gorgeous blends of plant oils, we have included a 'secret weapon’ into the formulations of all our Serums. Squalane.

Our bodies produce Squalene, a compound made naturally by our sebaceous glands.  However, as we age the production of Squalene decreases, causing drier, more dehydrated and ageing skin.

Over the past decade or so, naturally derived Squalane – the hydrogenated version of Squalene, has become a welcome addition to skincare products globally.

(The Squalane we use comes from Sugar Cane)

Apart from binding moisture cells to your skin cells, Squalane acts as a transport vehicle, carrying plant oils deep into the dermis. This also means that your serum does not ‘sit’ on-top of your skin, but is absorbed deeper into the epidermis.

Squalane sits neatly between skin cells, leaving your skin noticeably smooth and silky to the touch.

Using your serum:

  • Introduce serums slowly into your skincare routine.  They are powerful and your skin may need to adjust to them.
  • Use our serums day or night.
  • Use as a stand-alone product, or mix into day and night creams for extra plant power.
  • Use as little as 3, or as many as 10 drops – depending on your skins needs.
  • A variety of serums from our range can be used in conjunction with each other.  For example, you could use Serum No.1 every day and Serum No.4 when you feel your skin needs an extra boost.
  • Serums form a wonderful foundation to your skin before applying makeup.

Morning Ritual:

Apply around 5 – 7 drops of Serum to your skin, after cleansing and misting your face.

Top Tip: Misting helps to dampen the skin and aids absorption of the serum into the epidermis.

Next, add your daily moisturizer and makeup if necessary.

Night Ritual:

Apply around 8 - 10 drops of Serum to your skin, after cleansing and misting your face.

If you feel necessary, add your night moisturizer, however, a good amount of serum is all you need for overnight skin health

Top Tip: Place an old scarf on your pillow to prevent the oils from staining your linen.
